I’m a therapist providing virtual therapy in Washington, DC, specializing in working with lesbian and queer women, as well as first responders and healthcare professionals navigating anxiety, burnout, and life transitions. I offer individual therapy for women and nonbinary people, and also work with couples on communication and relationship challenges.
My practice is 2SLGBTQIA+ affirming, and I’m committed to creating a space where you feel understood, respected, and able to show up fully. Together, we’ll work toward helping you feel more clear, grounded, and connected to a life that feels authentically your own.
