Virtual Therapist for Lesbian & Queer Women, First Responders, & Healthcare Professionals
I provide virtual therapy in Washington, DC, for 2SLGBTQIA+ adults navigating anxiety, identity exploration, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Many of the people I work with are questioning or coming out later in life.
My approach is affirming, collaborative, and grounded in helping you feel more clear, steady, and connected to yourself. Together, we can work through anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, and the complexities of building a life that actually feels like your own.
I also work with couples navigating communication challenges, life transitions, and relationship concerns. My work with couples focuses on increasing understanding, improving communication, and helping partners feel more connected in their relationship.
I’m committed to creating a space where you feel respected, understood, and able to show up fully.

My Practice
I specialize in working with lesbian and queer women seeking therapy in Washington, DC. Whether you're navigating the nuances of lesbian and queer partnerships, healing from invisibility or erasure in your career or community, exploring your identity, or simply wanting a therapist who understands your world without needing to over-explain—it matters to have a space where you can just be.
You don’t have to translate your life or your love here. My goal is to meet you with both understanding and curiosity, so you feel seen, supported, and able to move toward a life that feels more fully your own.
